Somes remedies for headache


    I think almost all the people have a headache from time to time, because now there are many factors for have headache like, spending too much time in the sun or stress of a big exam, watch T.V. or look at a computer screen for too long followed, loud music, smoke, alcohol, skipping meals, lack of sleep, and taking a long trip by car or bus, so there are many factors but some people have frequent headaches or durable, but in my country the people use different kind of remedies like natural medicine, so I'll give you some tips for combat the headache.
   The First one is "Chamomile tea" works great, just heat the water and pour the chamomile and enjoy it.
    The second one is sprays and essences of mint: add three drops of mint and seven of lavender to a vaporizer and then inhale. You can also put two mint tea bags on closed eyes for a few minutes.

    Say goodbye to the headache with these simple remedies, but if the pain persists not forget eat healthy, and sleep at least eight hours, be relax , calm down, but if you can't stand the headache is better to consult your doctor.
