   The dispose of garbage has become a major problem not only on Mexico even worldwide, this occurs due to the high population and the fact of throw away garbage on the streets.
   On Mexico the people tend to take out the garbage every week and one trash truck comes to take it, but many people don't separate the garbage in organic, inorganic and recyclable actually sometimes they put all together. Also many people don't put the garbage on a safe place and don't keep the streets clean. However this has produced the proliferation of insects,consequently resulting diseases to humans like the plague.
   Also on some  place the garbage is burned, this practice,although isn't recommended, because the environment is contaminated with smoke and then produce odors.
   Usually people who recycle some garbage normally sells the cans.plastic bottles, cans, carton, and usual stuff and these things can get to use again or make some decorations from recycled material, actually on the university that I was studying all the paper that we used to be recycled material.
   The government encourage people to keep a healthy and safe environment without pollution, putting all trash in a safe place and separate but some people don't even know it and ignore and sometimes throw away trash on river, streets.
   On conclusion people should be aware and should put away in a safe place the garbage on the other hand the government should to encourage people and find a solution to reduces waste pollution and the best option is do a big project where everyone can to contribute something good to the environment.

    I think almost all the people have a headache from time to time, because now there are many factors for have headache like, spending too much time in the sun or stress of a big exam, watch T.V. or look at a computer screen for too long followed, loud music, smoke, alcohol, skipping meals, lack of sleep, and taking a long trip by car or bus, so there are many factors but some people have frequent headaches or durable, but in my country the people use different kind of remedies like natural medicine, so I'll give you some tips for combat the headache.
   The First one is "Chamomile tea" works great, just heat the water and pour the chamomile and enjoy it.
    The second one is sprays and essences of mint: add three drops of mint and seven of lavender to a vaporizer and then inhale. You can also put two mint tea bags on closed eyes for a few minutes.

    Say goodbye to the headache with these simple remedies, but if the pain persists not forget eat healthy, and sleep at least eight hours, be relax , calm down, but if you can't stand the headache is better to consult your doctor.

   The solar energy has become one of the most important factors in this world today, many people have heard about it, but don't really know how it works, and what advantages or disadvantages they can have. But it has many advantages that can be important, for example:
       First, the solar energy is free, because its energy from the sun, it just needs to be charged for a little while, and the sun energy can be converted for our use immediately.
       Second, its cheaper because now use the silicon and the silicon is one of the most common elements in the world, so we don't need to use another material for converts on electricity just we need the sunlight.
       Third, its clean and green energy that has absolutely no effect on the environment , that's mean that you save the environment, because now we can use natural resources.
       Finally the solar energy is available for all us, is cheaper, its clean and its free.
       On conclusion I think the solar energy is useful and necessary for the human life and we must to take this kind of electricity because I think is one of the best things that we can have now. We need to encourage the environmental education because I think is a future with initiative.
